Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom or engraved pieces, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made and personalized jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Assay Jewelers products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, or accidental damage.
