At Assay Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom engravings and personalized pieces are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all certificates, appraisals, and the RA slip.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
